Return Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: NOTE

Pick the exact issue you have faced with the product and attach the video for the same for warranty purposes.

1. Damaged &ampken product received.

2. Not charging at all.

3. No sound from the device.

4. Product not turning onn after charging.

5. ⁠No sound from either side.

Please share the issue number you have faced for replacement service.

🔴 The video must be unboxing video fully shooted without cut, editing or any transitions. Atleast charge for 10 minutes before complaining about non working condition.

👆Only this kind of video will be taken into consideration for warranty.

🔴 There shouldn’t be any scratches or physical damage on the product otherwise it clearly indicates that its damage is due to physical harm.

Note: Not a single complaint except the above 5 pointers will be addressed as warranty claims. The product in this price range can be only warranty service in this 5 situations.

Replacement / Refund requests will only be entertained if the product is not working, i.e

1. The product does not give any sound.

2. The product does not charge up.

Refund / Replacement request for following reasons will not be entertained in any case:

1. Minor Scratches / spots.

2.Sound / Mic quality not upto the mark

3. Wrong color received

At this price range, it is very normal to be not satisfied with the product, as we clearly states it is a Clone of the original. IT IS NOT ORIGINAL APPLE PRODUCT. Please buy at your own risk. We will help you if the product stops working very soon after purchase but can't promise Refund/Replacement

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return is only applicable incase there is a manufacturing defect. Any other reason will not be valid for raising a return. Accepting a return order is completely up to tuneinindia.com and it may or may not provide customers with return rejection reasons.

Shipping Fees applicable on reverse shipping / forward shipping must be paid by customer only in case of exchange / return of an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
